This page explains how this website handles enquiries and its optional first-party analytics. You can use the website without allowing optional analytics.

Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, you provide the details shown in the form, such as your name, contact information, property interest and message. These details are used to respond to your request and are delivered through the website's enquiry service. The optional analytics described below does not receive enquiry form fields or the enquiry response. Enquiry information is retained as needed to handle requests and applicable obligations.

Optional analytics and your choice

Only after you select Allow analytics, this website counts page views and marked project, phone, WhatsApp and other contact-link actions. For each action, it sends the time, a random event ID to prevent duplicate counting, broad page and action categories, a broad screen-width category, and a broad source category. The source category is calculated in your browser from a referral or campaign-medium tag. Full URLs, referrer addresses, search terms, form entries, names, phone numbers, email addresses and visitor or session IDs are not included in these analytics events.

Your choice is saved in this browser's local storage under a versioned key; this feature does not set an analytics cookie. Select Privacy choices on the website at any time to decline or withdraw. Withdrawing stops new analytics events. A supported Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional analytics off. Declining does not affect browsing or enquiries.

The website receives consented events through a same-site collector and temporarily holds them in private storage before forwarding them to a separate analytics service for aggregate reporting. Raw event records are scheduled for deletion after 30 days, batch receipt records after 33 days, daily aggregate counts after 25 months, and the website's temporary event queue after 72 hours. Previously accepted counts remain until their normal retention period ends. Because events do not contain a visitor identifier, an earlier individual analytics event generally cannot be located by person.

Technical requests and other services

Like any website, the hosting service processes standard network and request information needed to deliver and protect pages. Phone, WhatsApp, maps, videos or other external links may connect you to another service with its own privacy practices. This analytics notice does not change how enquiry forms or those external services operate.

Managing your analytics choice

Use the Analytics choices link on the website to review or withdraw your optional analytics choice at any time. We may update this page when site practices change; a changed analytics notice version requires a fresh optional analytics choice.
